Working within a new team within the CX practise, focusing on AI technology - we're looking for an experienced Service Designer to work closely with clients, on-site, to build better, more intuitive customer experiences. Gathering insights through research, analysis and testing you will design solutions that bring benefits of the company's expertise, straight to the clients before our competitors.
- Solid examples of service design processes, principles and best practice.
- Strong research skills including facilitating workshops, user testing and interview sessions
- Understanding and experience within agile methodologies
- Expert communication and presentation skills, working closely with stakeholders, engaging them with your concepts and encouraging your solutions. Also building relationships internally and externally
