ABOUT THE ROLE
You will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for a team of 3 (AP, AR, Credit Control). This is a hands-on role covering a variety of tasks where you be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable: receipting, credit notes, refunds, follow-ups and investigations
- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, journals, coding, sign off, petty cash, reconciliations, check payment runs
- Other: Bank statements, cash forecasting, bad debt journal, bank rec and journals between accounts
- Leading, coaching and supporting your team of 3
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will be an experienced Accounts Team Leader/Supervisor with a proven background leading a team and with extensive knowledge of AP/AR. You enjoy coaching your team whilst taking a hands-on practical approach. Ideally you would have worked for a large global and have experience working with large ERP systems and have strong excel skills. You'll need a calm resilient approach to your work and a positive attitude. You will have good GL and coding skills
