Operations Administrator

  • Administrator with Advanced Excel required
  • Long term role for established finance organisation

8% holiday pay

This is an immediate start temp position for an Operations or Finance Administrator to start immediately until August and potentially longer. Established business within the finance industry based in Greenlane. If you are looking for a role that will keep you on your toes then this could be the one for you!

The role:

  • Key administration support to the Operations Manager
  • Coding applications
  • Assess approval forms
  • Analysis of customer queries and reporting

Key requirements:

  • Advanced Excel - Pivot Tables and V lookups a must! (Essential)
  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Background in finance ideal but not essential
  • Hard working with a lot of initiative
  • Available now
