Our client is a well-known global retail brand based in Mount Wellington and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their close knit team.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, vibrant and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This is a long term opportunity to start immediately until February 2020. Great role if you are looking for a long term and stable role.

This role is an asap start that will run until Feb 2020.


  • Taking a high volume of inbound calls
  • Troubleshooting product issues for customers
  • Referring consumers to service agents
  • Processing customer orders
  • Data entry
  • Product testing

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Strong data entry skills and CRM system experience
  • Professional phone manner
  • Can commit until February 2020 and work through Christmas period
  • Reliable, hard working and a positive attitude!
