About the role:
- Provide customer support via email and phone
- Provide integration support and assistance where needed on a case by case basis
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Escalate to and work with the engineering teams to investigate and fix issues as required.
- Setup, configure and administrate merchant accounts
