Gorgeous offices based in the viaduct, this successful global organisation needs an experienced corporate receptionist for 12 month fixed term contract. You will manage the corporate reception area and be responsible for a variety of tasks.
As well as meeting and greeting clients additional tasks will include:
- Coordination of travel
- Keeping office consumables up to date
- Building security and coordination of repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with catering and event set up
This is a vital role so we are looking for a well presented confident person with great people skills and loads of initiative. Ideally you will have had corporate reception experience, this will make you a standout as will your ability to pick up things quickly and your willingness to undertake any task that comes your way. Strong computer skills are also important.
