Our client is seeking a talented sales expert to establish and grow their brand in the New Zealand market. As a leader in the provision of workplace benefits in Australia the time is right to launch a similar service offering in the New Zealand market.
With the first clients on board the plan is to introduce the service offering mid April 2010. This is a perfect time to join and take ownership for what is to be an exciting time in this company's growth. You will develop and build relationships within the charities sector nationwide utilising well researched prospects that will enable you to hit the ground running. This role reports off shore and will suit a real entrepreneur with sound commercial acumen who is comfortable working, at least in the first instance, autonomously. You need to be an experienced business person looking for an opportunity to take ownership. It is vital that you communicate effectively at a senior level and are experienced at managing client relationships from initial sale through to key account management. Whilst the immediate requirement is to get out there and make it happen, long term there are fantastic opportunities to build a team and drive this business at a strategic level.
This is the right role for a well seasoned National Sales Manager who can clearly demonstrate experience in establishing and building sales in both B2B and B2C. Ideally you will have had exposure within charities sector and relish the opportunity to sell and deliver services to a wide range of customers. Computer literate, you'll be comfortable with a variety of reporting tools and be confident of your numerical abilities. An energetic, innovative, fun loving individual you'll have strong presentation and people relationship skills.
